2009 is the 22nd year of our operation and in the present economic climate along with the general reduction in membership of UK golf clubs it looks like being a very different golfing year for all. Here at Lochranza we are looking forward to welcoming more and more golfers to our special little golf course, especially Arran golfers seeking a better deal and the opportunity to play whenever they wish. Set up as it is to give challenge to even the most serious of golfers and equal pleasure to the novice in what must be seen as one of the most beautiful of golf locations, Lochranza has no airs and graces, we don’t insist on a dress code, clean casual is fine, it is great for children, you can even take your dog round on a lead, and we don’t charge an arm and a leg. Real holiday golf. You will feel welcomed at Lochranza!

Accommodation in Lochranza – with or without Golf
We have a development of eight double rooms that we hope to have ready for use from June though this is subject to all of the usual delays. Rooms will be equipped with kettles for making tea and coffee, otherwise all meals and snacks may be purchased in Stags Pavilion Restaurant and Shop which is immediately adjacent. Summer room charges will be from £60 per night to £350 per week. Pending availability of the rooms we can offer self catering accommodation in small touring sized caravans from £40 to £60 per night or from £160 to £220.00 per week inclusive of electricity and gas, depending upon the caravan available.
In addition to our own accommodation as above we have arrangements with a superb local self catering operation where groups of up to 11 or 12 guests can be accommodated. Organisers wishing a quote please email details of dates and numbers.
